Support the Church

We strive to be a church in service.  The motto of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America is "God's work. Our hands."  Thus, we hope you will support our church as we work toward the betterment of our community and our world through its outreach.

Join Us for Worship

Whether you feel like celebrating the beauty of God’s work or you feel as if you need to take time to reflect and find strength, worship is the perfect place for this.  Each week, we hold a Sunday worship service at 9:30 AM.  In addition, we come together on special occasions to celebrate Jesus. The Shepherd of the Valley worship environment offers a blended-format worship service based on both traditional and contemporary worship formats in our church's ADA-compliant, handicap-accessible building. We would like to welcome everyone to join us for worship Sundays at 9:30 AM!  Learn more by clicking here.

Our church is a member congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.  As we said above, the ELCA's motto is "God's Work, Our Hands."  At Shepherd of the Valley, we couldn't agree more.  That's why we are committed to service.  From Christian education events to our church's outreach work, we are always looking for ways to serve our community.  If you would like to volunteer to help out at our church, we would be glad to have your help!  Click here to see some of our current volunteering opportunities.

AmazonSmile is a generous program that Amazon started that donates 0.5% of the purchase price of select products bought through to the nonprofit of a person's choice. It costs nothing extra for a person to do from what a normal Amazon purchase is, but it only works if you buy from, not the regular Amazon website or mobile app. If your heart moves you, we hope you would consider using AmazonSmile to benefit our church. You can do so by going to and searching for "Shepherd of the Valley Evangelical Lutheran Church" or by simply clicking here to go there.
