Hi Friends, School Supplies will soon be popping up on store shelves and Helping Hands will once again collect and distribute school supplies for those in need. Last year we provided supplies to 169 children. We have inventoried our leftover supplies and I have attached a list of supplies we are in need of for this school year. I have also attached a document with 2 lists that can be printed and cut for distribution to assist anyone who might want to have a reference to take shopping. Please note: this list is based on what the school requests the children have. For example, the Ticonderoga pencils are more expensive but they are easier to hold for younger children. School supplies may be dropped off at Helping Hands any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 9 and 2:30. In order to prepare the supplies for distribution please have them to HHN by August 7th. We are also in need of the following:For more information on HHN, please visit www.thehelpinghandsnetwork.org.
As always, we are SO APPRECIATIVE of the generous support from our community. Thank you for helping our children prepare for learning this school year. If you would like to volunteer or if you have any questions please do not hesitate to call me at 330-866-2005. Thanks for your kind support! Sincerely, Becky Becky Larson, Director Helping Hands Network PO Box 595 Waynesburg, OH 44688
